The purpose for processing your data and our basis for doing so.
I process personal data so that I can engage with individuals to create a coaching relationship which supports them in working towards their goals. I also use personal data to provide online group coaching sessions, to respond to enquiries through the website and maintain communication. The type of personal data collected is name, contact details, record of coaching and payment details. The lawful basis that I process this personal data is Article 6.1.f UK GDPR – ‘legitimate interest’. The legitimate interest I pursue is to continue to provide coaching services to my existing clients and to introduce my business to others. Images and other personal data associated with case studies and marketing activity is processed under Article 6.1.a UK GDPR – ‘consent’. Please note you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting me directly. Personal data used for payment purposes is processed under Article 6.1.b UK GDPR – ‘performance of a contract’.
If you fail to provide your data for processing, I will not be able to provide my services to you.
Recipients of your data
As a general principle, we will not transfer your personal data to other recipients without your permission. There are some exceptions to this:

We use the services of other organisations in the processing of your data. We use cloud-based email and document storage, web hosts and video conference platforms. We use third party cloud based CRM. Our website processes limited personal data such as through our contact form.
Transferring your data outside of the UK
Personal data is processed both in the UK and in the USA for the purpose of document storage and email. Transfers to the USA are controlled by the UK Extension to the EU-U.S.
Retention periods
We will retain your data only for the time we require it for the purposes stated and / or where we have a legal obligation or other legitimate purpose. We will retain personal data obtained through our booking systems for a period of 7 years. Personal data processed based on consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Automated decision making
We do not undertake any automated decision making.
